SHIPPING POLICY
We currently only ship within Bangalore.
We use Dunzo, Swiggy Genie, and Porter to ship our orders.

When will I receive my order?
​
All orders are made-to-order and are processed within 4-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
​
We ship our products within 4 hours of making them.
​
Please note the processing time shown at checkout does not include the time taken to ship the spreads and dips.

We usually ship on Mondays and Thursdays.
​
You will receive another notification when your order has been shipped.
​
* Note that it takes about 4-5 days to process your order but the product is shipped the day it is made.

Shipping rates/ charges
​
Shipping rates will be applied to your order.
Free delivery is available for orders over Rs. 2500.
For orders under, the partner delivery charge has to be paid to the delivery executive directly.
Deliveries are made from 11 am-8 pm on Mondays and Thursdays. We will notify you once your order has been shipped.

We currently don't offer in-store pickup.​

How do I check my order status?
​
When your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from us. Additionally, you will receive the tracking link directly from the delivery service on the phone number you have provided to us.

If you haven't received your order within 24 hours of your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at thehabitualgourmet@gmail.com with your name and order details, and we will look into it for you.
