RETURN & REFUND POLICY

MISSED PRODUCTS

If a product in the order has been missed, the full amount for the product will be refunded within 7 days of receiving the bank details to which the refund needs to be processed.

DAMAGES AND ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective or damaged or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

RETURN POLICY

Since our products are preservative-free, made to order, and have a shorter shelf life, we don't offer returns. However, you can cancel your order for a full refund. Check CANCELLATIONS for more info.

Plans change, we get it, but since our products are made to order, we offer a refund only if the cancellation is done within 24 hrs of placing the order.
